Our goal is to maintain the "county feel" while still
maintaining all modern ammenities. We believe we have reached
that goal. We offer not only one but two living rooms, one with
a 52" big screen television with Direct TV and DVR. Hardwood
floors in kitchen and dining room, wall to wall carpeting in
the remainder of house.All appliances are state of the art,
ceiling fans throughout the main floor. This is just the inside!
Did we mention the 120 mile back yard called
Lake Champlain? All of it for your enjoyment! Watersports,
fishing derbies or just floating around on a lazy vacation.

golf, country club, restaurants, ice cream stands and historic

but please keep in mind that the Fall (leaf peeping) and winter
can be equally as exciting here on the Lake.
Fall:
The Best foliage in the North East folks. Not only are we
in the foliage belt, but we can offer you gondola rides at
Stowe and Killington which allow incredible views of multiple
mountain ranges.
Winter:
Ice Fishing, Snowmobiling (close to VAST trails), skiing at
Killington, Smugglers Notch, Stowe, Mad River glenn, Jay Peak,
Snow Bowl, Bolton Valley, cross country skiing and snow shoeing.
