Policies & Terms
The reservation will be held
for 72 hours pending receipt of the signed rental agreement
and your payment.
Cash, Check or Credit Card are our accepted forms of
payment.
A Damage Deposit is required in the unlikely event of
damage, additional cleaning fees, missing linens, towels,
or furnishings from this property.
There is no lifeguard. Swimming is at your own risk.
No smoking is allowed inside the house. Smoking is permitted
outside on the decks & porch areas.
Check Out time is 9am Check In time is 3pm If you need
special arrangements, please let us know and we will
be more than happy to try to accommodate your needs.
Pets are permitted only with prior approval and we must
be notified in advance of contracting the property.
Guests will be responsible to pay additional costs after
check-out if there is damage caused by their pet(s).
The owner will not be responsible for any personal injuries
or loss or theft of any personal items that renters
may suffer during the stay.The property is privately
owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents,
injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises
or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible
for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of
the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed
that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any
harm arising from their use of the premises or others
whom they invite to use the premise.
